We are a grass roots, hands-on, faith-based ministry that targets individuals from all backgrounds in order to promote an individual's personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
We preach the fundamental Gospel as given to us through God's inspired Word, the Bible.
The ministry originates from San Antonio Texas. It has been in existence for 19 years under the headship of Bishop Donny and Prophetess Jackie Banks.
God commissioned my wife and I to come and establish Victory Gospel Chapel of Norfolk Virginia.
